"Outstanding"
We have just got back from a tour today with Banff hop on tours and all we can say is outstanding! We have been on day tours all over the world and this is without doubt the best ever! We did the full tour and we had the best time our guides where fantastic and what we got to see was amazing! We would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to see Banff and surrounding areas! Amazing great value for money we really could not have done this trip in our hire car we needed this trip! Best day ever! James and Emma.

Great Chance to see Wildlife!
This was a great experience for our party of six.
You can spend an hour at Moraine Lake and have time to climb up for the "million dollar view".
Our guide, and Roger, the driver, took us on a fun and informative trip today. We left central Banff on the scenic route through the mountains to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. There were several occasions to hop off our comfortable modern school bus. The bus host kept us entertained with information about the park and the mountains as well as sharing local tales. Roger slowed down for us to take scenic pictures, especially for our first park bear! Let someome else drive, enjoy the views, take lots of pictures and especially not have to search for a parking place!
We highly recommend this experience.

A Great Way to see
Banff National Park.
We had a great day today allowing HopOnBanff to show us the park. It was very easy to book, the reviews here were very helpful in planning our day, and when the tour began this morning, the staff helped us individualize our schedule for the day. They made sure we got the most out of each stop and provided lots of information about the park and wildlife and sites. We visited everything the other reviewers suggested, spending the most time at the lake Louise gondola, where we took the kicking horse trail walk at the top. Pretty strenuous hike for seniors, but beautiful. No wildlife was to be seen this day. Sad. If you want to avoid all the driving/parking problems of banff national park, just go with these guys! It's fun and easy.

Why Wait in Line
for a Bus
This company is amazing. I was going to take a shuttle but then I found out about these guys. Always a seat,no lines and the most informative guided, family friendly experience I have ever had. We have two children and they not only accommodated our every need but everyone's on the bus. Definitely recommend this company for getting around the national park. We had a RV but it was nice to enjoy the view, no issues of navigation ect.

The Tour That Gets You Where Your Car May Not.
One of the highlights of this service is a trip to Moraine Lake. This is unquestionably one of the most photogenic lakes in Canada and is most likely the one you will see on postcards/ pictures of the area (rather than Lake Louise itself)
We had hired a car for our recent trip to Banff but decided to book a tour with Hop On Banff to have a rest from driving. This turned out to be a great decision.
The important and little known point for tourists is you cannot drive up to Moraine Lake. Traffic officers block the road. Walking from Lake Louise would take a very very long time. However - The Hop On bus is always allowed through.
Here are a few other reasons why we would recommend these guys:-
- The service is run by a genuinely friendly and knowledgeable team.
- At the start of the day, our bus was quite late arriving due to a road accident blocking the highway to all Banff traffic. Rather than cut the service short, they rescheduled the entire day to make sure everyone still had their original allotted time at their chosen destinations.
- During the start of the journey they spend time helping you plan your day and make sure they have buses organised for your transfers during the day.
- If you are very lucky, like we were, you may even get chance to see Grizzly Bears when you're on the Lake Louise Chairlift
Finally a big thanks for help with our initial booking (via e-mail), spotting we had over paid and quickly organised the relevant refund.
